⚠️ AMPARO 🚨SCHEDULED FOR EUTHANASIA MORNING 11/2/26 🚨 NEEDS COMMITMENT BY 6AM 🚨 URGENT MOST AT RISK 🚨 SPACE ONLY🚨 On the euthanasia list because of space only. Amparo came in with Bennie, who was rescued. Lately she has been a little kennel stressed, but Amparo has been at the shelter for a month and a half so it’s understandable. Space is no reason to euthanize a dog. She has survived so long at the shelter. That’s just a testament of her character. Who can foster or adopt? 🐶 ID #A852089 Located: Devore Shelter Name: My name is Urgent Amparo. Description: I am a black and tan, unaltered female, who looks like a Shepherd. Age: I am estimated to be 2 years and 2 months old. More Info: I am in kennel D 47. I have been at the shelter since Sep 17, 2026. I was found near Ashland Rd X Buena Vista Rd in Lucerne Valley. 📍Devore Animal Shelter 19777 Shelter Way San Bernardino, CA 92407 📞 Phone: (909)386-9820 📧 Rescue email: SBAC.rescue@dph.sbcounty.gov ⏱️Hours: Mon-Tu, Thur-Fri: 10:00am-6:30pm Wed: 10:00am-7:00pm Sat-Sun: 10:00am-5:00pm
Too much pink?
Jinkies!
Your knees don’t work alone. Every plié, relevé, jump and landing relies on your feet, ankles and the muscles around your knees working together. These 4 exercises combine ankle mobility, foot control and strength around the knees. You’re working through different positions, loading the ankles and knees and building more control through the entire lower body - exactly what you need for a deeper demi-plié, stronger relevés and softer, more controlled landings. Doing movements like these regularly can help improve ankle mobility, strengthen your feet and make your knees more stable and resilient, so they’re ready for hours of class and rehearsal. Keep the movements controlled, stay within a comfortable range and build up gradually. Comment POINTE and I’ll send you the link to my Foot & Ankle Foundations program ✨
