These are not hypothetical concerns:
❌ In an emergency, people need a color their eyes are immediately drawn to
❌ A harder-to-spot enclosure can mean more time spent searching and less time helping
❌ A red enclosure can blend into brick, playground equipment, fencing, and park structures
They are real concerns and there are many more just like them.
Public access AEDs only work when the device is easy to spot.
In a cardiac emergency, visibility is not a detail. It is part of the response.
That's why we choose bright yellow.
