This new journey of instructing has been a blast so far💪 Learning new things, challenging myself & others, morning classes 3x weekly & working alongside @af_.esthetics & @julialinhoff at @rootedwellnessandaesthetics has motivated the heck outta me! A little bit of Pilates.. A little bit of Barre.. Obsesed it all🤩 A place where people feel comfortable & leave leveled up, sore the next day & come back for another workout.. We’re here for it🔥 #pilates #pilatesclass #fitnessinstructor #sculptclass #barreworkout
