I am staying in Istanbul this week, so I thought I’ll share a few photos. A mixture of city shots with its multiple cats (the biggest population I’ve ever seen in my life, well looked after by its residents and visitors), gorgeous tiled interiors of Topkapi palace harem, a few amazing vintage furniture shops I have stumbled across (no bargains there sadly!). Istanbul, like no other place I’ve been to before, can truly be described as the city that never sleeps!

I was there a few days ago. Only a short trip but as you say like no other place! Keen to go back and explore more.
