Every AJM Improvements project has its own job site binder containing everything our team needs to get the job done right. From detailed layouts and material selections to specifications, installation instructions, and project specific notes, it’s all organized and readily available on site.
We use these binders alongside our @houzzpro project management software to keep everyone informed, organized, and working from the same information.
It’s not the most exciting part of remodeling, but it’s one of the most important. Good communication, clear instructions, and attention to detail make all the difference.
