Partner Yoga & Sound 🧘🏻‍♀️🎵

Bring your bestie, partner, mum, sister, brother or even your husband hahaha 😂❤️ Or just come on your own, everyone is welcome.

Kaixin @iam_kaixinnnnn and Kelly @imkelly.t will guide us through a 60-minute partner yoga session, followed by a 30-minute sound healing session with @zenwithkate. We’ll move, stretch, have some fun together, and then slow down and relax. 🌿

No need to be super flexible or have any experience.
Just come as you are and enjoy the morning with us. 🤍
