NEW YORK CITY MARATHON // what a day. so beautiful, so hard. NY I love you. i started to get pretty excited on my sunrise drive over to staten island and it just kept building throughout the day. from frank sinatra blasting at the base of the verrazano bridge to ripping through the five boroughs seeing so many friends and family along the way - an experience i’ll never forget. this was the first marathon i’ve run without a time goal. i wanted to soak it all in and let the day unfold without the pace dictating how i felt. i was ready for whatever and had a lot of fun just being in the moment. the nyc marathon in 2018 marked the beginning of my running journey, and with everything that’s changed personally in the last eight years, there was so much to reflect on. it made an already special day mean that much more. a lot of love to @vuoriclothing for making it happen - an incredible weekend celebrating the best race in the world. nyc marathon ‘26 // 2:36:37 📸 @carlnard 4, 5, 7, 8, 9

THIS IS 50 My heart is so full of joy and gladness! I woke up this morning with tears of gratitude and a heart overflowing with thanksgiving. God has truly been good to me. As I look around me today, at my husband, my beautiful children, my family, and the amazing friends God has blessed me with, I can’t help but smile and say, Lord, You have been so mindful of me. Through every season, His grace has carried me, His love has sustained me, and His faithfulness has never failed. And today, as I turn 50, I am not counting the years. I am counting my blessings. The love that surrounds me, the joy in my heart, the gift of family, the friendships, the memories, and the countless little things I sometimes take for granted. My heart is full. My cup truly overflows. FI-OLA-KE 🌸 Blossomed in Grace. Thank You, Jesus. This girl is grateful! ❤️🥂
