Happy Thistle Skirt release day @sewliberated! 🫶💜 I loved getting to do a preview sew for this new pattern by an all time favorite designer! The Thistle Skirt includes pleats, an elastic waistband and tie, and really great pockets for carrying around trinkets and snacks. I made mine out of a cotton twill from @ewefibers and added appliqué (because I can’t resist). I worked on it on Election Day and channeled a lot of my rage and dreams for a better world into the stitches. A fiber spell for more care and intention and more love for living things - and less gosh darn ai slop and data centers… Anyways if you are wanting a really fun and cute skirt pattern for the fall and winter this is it!
