DBRUSCO FANS BEGIN CHARGING FOR DMs AFTER TAKING ONE COMPLIMENT TOO SERIOUSLY

Male fans of @dbrusco_ have begun charging women for conversation after deciding that “I could listen to your voice all night” was a business proposal.

“I used to reply for free,” said one man who now describes leaving women on read as “managing the waiting list.”

The move has drawn criticism from women, including one who called the fees “absolutely ridiculous” before asking whether voice notes were included.

DBRUSCO has agreed to speak to the men, although negotiations stalled when one asked whether the meeting would be billable.

At press time, a woman leading the boycott had stepped outside to take a call from “just a friend.” She returned smiling and declined further comment.
