Dear Renault Team, I am writing this with a broken and heavy heart. Working day and night with immense hardship, I somehow managed to buy an older Duster, but unfortunately, it keeps breaking down constantly. I am extremely poor, facing a severe financial crisis, and due to endless stress, I can't sleep or eat properly anymore. My health is deteriorating. I have a deep desire to drive a new car from Renault, but I have no money left.
