I have always loved the bomber jacket for its simplicity and practicality. Originally developed for military aviators, it has become one of those timeless pieces that feels just as relevant today. Our FRANKLIN is made from Italian wool tricotine, traditionally used in menswear and sometimes called military gabardine. It is an exceptionally dense, resilient fabric, woven to withstand years of wear. We choose pure wool rather than synthetic blends because I believe beautiful clothes should be made from natural materials whenever possible. Fully lined, with a metallic double zipper and wool ribbing, FRANKLIN is an easy companion for fall. With a sweater underneath, it is just right for those first chilly days.
