LEASE CANCELLED BEFORE DAY ONE.
Dubai’s Rental Disputes Center ruled a lease can be voided before handover when deception is proven. In this case, a landlord found unpaid-rent court judgments against the tenant company, and arrest orders against its manager. The lease was annulled before handover.
