Ik kies er liever niet snel voor om mezelf op een laag punt te delen, MAAR juist daarom doe ik het wel. Want ik had nooit verwacht dat ik op dit punt zou komen.

Onrust in mijn lichaam, minder kunnen eten, voorbijgaan aan mezelf en alles belangrijker vinden dan eten. Mijn lichaam werd slapper en slapper en gaf steeds duidelijker aan dat het te veel was. Ik kreeg korstjes bij mijn neus, iets wat ik nog nooit eerder had gehad, en mijn eetlust was compleet verdwenen.

Ik deel dit niet om zielig gevonden te worden of om medelijden te krijgen, maar om bewustwording te creëren rondom het feit dat je soms echt beter een stapje terug kunt doen om vervolgens weer twee stappen vooruit te kunnen zetten.

Altijd meer doen en beter willen, betekent niet automatisch dat dat ook beter is. Soms is een stapje terug juist wat je nodig hebt. 🤍
