Zemřela ona a osm dalších lidí. Podobné věci čtu i pod videi, kde řídí sanitku žena. Nebo v různých pomlouvačných skupinách na Facebooku. Někdy přemýšlím, kolik mindráků a vlastní nespokojenosti v sobě musí člověk mít, aby měl potřebu takhle ubližovat někomu, koho vůbec nezná a komentovat něco, o čem vůbec nic neví. Zkusme tu energii, kterou věnujeme nenávisti a pomluvám raději proměnit v něco dobrého. Buďme na sebe hodnější. Nikdy nevíme, co ten druhý právě prožívá. A trochu obyčejné lidské laskavosti nás nestojí vůbec nic. ❤️
October recap 🍁
He's telling her about his day at dinner and she can't hear a word, her head is somewhere else and her phone never leaves her hand One night he rolls his suitcase out the door, and a few weeks later she's scrolling through his new girlfriend's photos A friend pours her a mushroom coffee, and what comes back first is small, a to-do list with ticks on it, the job application she put off for months, a Pilates class Then she runs into him on the street with the new girlfriend, and she's the one doing fine The whole story is sung, so the product lands as a lyric instead of a pitch Focus is never explained, you just watch her stop disappearing into her phone Fully animated, an original song and a cast of five We test a sung version against a voiceover version of the same story and let the numbers pick
Where do your hobbies lie on this matrix?! To be clear, this isn’t supposed to be shaming you for your hobbies. I do things on in all 4 quadrants of this 2x2. It’s all about the frequency... I’ll use bar hopping as an example. It’s certainly a waste of money, but sometimes wasting your money and enjoying a night out with your friends is worth it. If bar hopping is your primary weekend activity, you should probably think about getting some more productive hobbies. I’m also not the person to tell you you need to sit there every weekend and journal and meditate to get rich. These are “get rich hobbies” because they make you a better person and don’t cost a lot of money. There are many people out there who get rich doing only “waste your money” hobbies. Those hobbies aren’t the reason they got rich though... they usually got rich in spite of those hobbies, not because of them. To literally bury the lede here, the point I’m trying to make is “be mindful with your time”, not “you have to spend your time a certain way to get rich.” What hobbies did I miss?! - Matt
