Join us for a weekend of Katonah Yoga with Dages Juvelier Keates (NYC).
Dages is a senior KY teacher, artist, poet, human who will meet you exactly where you are.
She will guide through a series of Asana, Breath, Metaphors, Philosophy built around the topic of Winter, the water element, dedicated to the kidneys, the deep hearing and listening.
Time to open up your cups, to catch the wisdom that she will spread and to find grace in the depth of excavating the Self and to explore the circumstances around.

November 28th 12:30-17:30 Day 1 Immersion
November 29th 12:30-17:30 Day 2 Immersion
