DAY 59/60 🤎✨

A curly, glueless updo with a little razzle dazzle on the sides! 😍🤌🏽

I used a 9x6 closure for this look and added a little extra detail to the sides to give it that frontal-like finish. And tell me why everything came together SO beautifully? 😭❤️

The sleekness, the curls, the updo… I’m actually obsessed with how cute this turned out! 🥹🤎

Chile…buckle up. 😩 A Jackson, #Mississippi, City Council meeting took a chaotic turn Tuesday (Nov. 3), forcing officials to call an hour-long recess after Councilman Kenneth Stokes got into a heated confrontation with protesters. According to WLBT, tensions erupted after Stokes, who represents Ward 3, introduced an ordinance to reverse a 183-day moratorium on data centers. Things quickly escalated when Stokes accused a protester of speaking about his mother, prompting him to declare, “I don’t fight women, and I never fight them, but I cut that b*tch out.” The exchange appeared to involve Candace Abdul-Tawwab, an outspoken opponent of #datacenters. Stokes then turned his attention to Muslim protesters, telling them to “take the rags off your heads. Y’all are not Muslim.” Council President Vernon Hartley attempted to restore order as Councilwoman Tina Clay called for a recess. The 2026 midterm elections were a historic defeat for Republicans, and I think it’s important that we understand why it happened and what it means for the future. Now President Donald J. Trump faces a divided government and must determine where he can work with Democratic leaders while standing firm on his core principles. At the same time, both parties will face important internal debates as they begin preparing for 2028. My message to Republicans is simple: We failed to perform, and the American people punished us for it. Now we have an opportunity to learn, regroup, and rebuild.
