A client said this to me right after an energy healing session together.

She told me that while she was lying there, her mind kept wandering (totally normal), and she worried she was doing it wrong. But she kept coming back to a feeling of ease, because she could feel that I was fully present and in my purpose. Knowing I was all in gave her a foundation of safety.

I’ve been thinking about that since. It’s the whole point.

You can’t soften into your own healing if part of you is still on guard.

When the person holding the space is grounded and clear, your nervous system gets the message that it’s safe to let go. That’s when the real stuff gets to move.

So that’s what I give every client. A container that’s grounded, present, and safe, where you get to show up real and raw.
