One Year of Welcome, Hope & Connection! 🎉
One year ago, the Lancaster Hub Outreach Center opened its doors, creating a welcoming space for neighbors experiencing homelessness to find support, connection, and hope. Since then, nearly 700 unique neighbors have found a place to turn, with more than 2,300 services provided and community partners bringing additional resources and specialized support right to our neighbors.
We celebrated this milestone with our Breaking Barriers, Building Futures capital campaign donors, reflecting on the impact of this special space and the difference it makes in our neighbors’ lives.
