Apparently, I’m Sober. And apparently, I have a podcast now. 🎙️
Hi, I’m Haley. I’m 22, I’m newly sober, and I’m figuring out what life looks like without constantly having something in my system.
When I first thought about getting sober, I was scared of what I’d lose- friends, fun, confidence, the things I thought made me, me. But I’m starting to discover what I’m getting back.
This podcast is about that process. Dating, friendships, family, loneliness, learning to like yourself, and realizing you can still be the fun one without being the drunk one.
Expect honest conversations, questionable jokes, and a few recurring segments:
