Sometimes “I’m tired” is all a man knows how to say when life feels heavy.
He’s still showing up. Still handling business. Still trying to be there for everyone.
That doesn’t mean he’s okay.
Check on him. Listen without judgment. Give him room to put the weight down.
He shouldn’t have to reach his breaking point to know someone has his back.
