Last week I was invited to discover Norton Grounds which is a private family run Cotswold estate & just the most perfect destination for those seeking a tranquil escape.

Set in the most beautiful surroundings, Norton Grounds is a place to step away from the everyday and make time for yourself.

I truly switched off, slowed down and immersed myself in their Wednesday Wellness program where I was treated to the most beautiful sound therapy with @caroleloveenergyworker & gentle yoga with Barney. The @thesteamypheasant_saunas were also on hand with their cold plunge & sauna for those that wanted it.

Norton Grounds also offer retreats and day workshops (check out their website) & Retreat Leaders can hire the space to host their own events and experiences.

And, if you fancy staying a little longer, like me, there are the most beautiful self catering holiday cottages/barns which are perfect for a relaxing Cotswold getaway.

Oh, and it’s also the most gorgeous wedding venue… one I’m definitely keeping in mind for the future!

So, if you love The Cotswolds, need a little reset, some tranquility, or even a base to explore the region further I definitely recommend it!

Just listen to Auntie Tracy when she says go ahead and be the loser that goes to the gate first *before* downing shots in the lounge 😅

Exploring the roots of the person I call home ✨🍊
A little visit to Babar’s village, where I got to see his beautiful orange orchards for the first time 🤌🏻

A few pictures with flowers because why not? 😂

When life gives you an orange orchard, you pose 😂

Just a girl with her favourite person 🤭❤

Say hello to this adorable girl 🤌🏻🌸

A little piece of Babar’s world that I’m now exploring ☺️

A little appreciation for my unpaid personal photographer 🤣❤

Nothing beats fresh oranges straight from the tree ✨

✨✨

Somewhere between the orange trees and endless love 🥹🫶🏻

Chai lovers know this feeling 🤭

And guess who I was most excited to meet? Babar’s horses 😂😍🥹

✨🍊

Got to see the cows at the dera 🐄

You can never say no to a proper desi nashta 🤌🏻
