More than 50 students from Kalmadi Shamrao High School (Ganeshnagar, Kothrud) recently embarked on an enriching field trip to Pashan Lake, partnering with the Jeevitnadi organization as part of their environmental river curriculum.
Leaving the traditional classroom behind, the students spent a crisp, refreshing morning immersing themselves in the outdoors. They explored the vibrant biodiversity surrounding the lake, participated in interactive tree-hugging sessions, and brought ecological concepts to life through creative role-plays and environmental bingo.
It was a deeply inspiring day of experiential learning, leaving both our young eco-warriors and the dedicated Jeevitnadi volunteers with unforgettable memories and a renewed passion for river restoration.
