Changing Direction - So behind on Insta but this was a very special afternoon spent with the inspirational lady that is @feelgoodwithlavina who hosted a ‘Feel Good Party’ @triplebondlondon rooftop and thank you so much for inviting me to be part of this ❤️

Being in a room full of such inspirational ladies who are doing so much to change things around women’s health it really did inspire me and got me thinking about my own journey and where to take it - whether down the style or wellness route as this is my real passion and at 48 I feel I am maybe just beginning x
