Worst service ever. It's already incredibly difficult to schedule a service call because they just have IVR and cannot connect to a human. Even after great difficulty, if you happen to schedule a visit, the company guys will come, do a simple visual inspection and say they need to come back with better equipments for testing. They will charge for the visit, do absolutely NOTHING and never come back. Horrible service.

If you are ready to pay hidden charges after you buy the ac, then go ahead. They don't have staff, they send 3rd party for installation

Hi, We bought our AC one yr back and there is water leaking from the AC. We have tried to contact Daikin multiple times they said they will schedule a visit but no one has come. Terrible service. I will never buy AC from daikin again

Nope dont buy !!! Split AC bought in November 2025 is trash since 1st Oct 2026! AMC of 3 years bot during purchase useless! No help! No revert! No coil!! Swastik engineering liars! LG is best
