Life update. It’s almost show time but life has had other plans. I’ve been so consistent since March. Putting in the time, showing up thru pain and tears and the past few weeks just had other plans for me. Last week leading into the marathon, I was sick as a 🐶 and now I’m filled with a bit of fear and apprehension. Can I actually do this after missing the final week and a half of training?!?
But I’ve come SO far and just can’t be scared away so easy. It may take me forever to get to the finish line but I HAVE to do it. There’s just no other choice!!!
Oh, and I picked up my bib yesterday. 🏃🏻♀️And today happens to be the anniversary of my double mastectomy - 6 years ago!! 👙
