One lot, two coverage numbers. Lot coverage in 45 seconds.
Lot coverage = building footprint ÷ lot area
Maximum footprint = coverage % × lot area
Your footprint is the smaller of the buildable envelope and the coverage limit
Impervious coverage = roofs + paving + drives + walks, usually the larger number
Both limit stormwater runoff, so test both
