Sending love to my pal Des today. Today marks a year since he lost his life to cancer. Been a rough year without him. Miss him every day. He was the definition of a true journalist and friend.

🎃 HALLOWEEN RECAP 🎃

If you know me, you know autumn is my favorite time of the year! And I LOVE any excuse to dress up! This year it was an angel to hand out treats on Halloween, a “cat” 😜 for the gym during the day, and Wonder Woman for a pre-Halloween mocktail at our favorite speakeasy. While Holly did her own party with friends (as a high school senior will do 😉) and Cade had to work 😢, we did get some grandbaby time with Genevieve, Faith and Cole. 🥰 Mark made a cozy beef stew and I made a homemade roasted pumpkin pie 🥧 . It was a fun and relaxing night!
