Hilton spoke Thursday night to a crowd at Fresno’s Woodward Park, trying to present himself as the stronger candidate on affordability, and as a leader ready to bring change to California.
The rally comes after Hilton hosted a “$3 fill up” gas event in Sanger. Hilton claims he could lower the price Californians pay at the pump to just $3 a gallon, and said he’ll do so by removing high state taxes and fees.
