I built my body with time and consistency, not extremes. This didn’t take weeks or months…it took YEARS. Because I had to BUILD from the ground up. To be honest, I’ve even surprised myself with what I’ve been able to accomplish - especially with some of the health challenges and limitations I’ve had. But I never used those as an excuse to hold me back. I just put my head down and got to work, and stopped worrying about the outcome or how long it would take. I hope I can inspire you to be the best YOU can be, to focus on the controllables and to be thankful for what you’re able to do. What a gift and privilege it is to be able to move your body.
