Hector worked shifts. He still ate normal food, kept carbs in and made room for weekend meals.
We structured his eating window, adjusted carbs around training and progressively increased his activity. We did not just keep cutting food.
Six months later: 290 to 210 pounds. His HbA1c moved from approximately 6.1% to 5.4%, his blood pressure returned to the normal range and his triglyceride-to-HDL ratio improved.
This is his result from a complete coaching process, not proof that one meal-timing trick caused it. Results vary.
