We’re quick to form an opinion. Quick to fill the silence. Quick to assume we understand.
But what if we got curious instead?
Curiosity creates room to ask one more question. To listen without planning the response. To learn something about the person across from us that we never would have discovered through small talk.
On November 10th, Jess Lindsley and Heather Bahlmann of Hey Birdie will lead us through an interactive hour exploring what it actually feels like to choose curiosity over judgment, and how doing so can change the way we connect at work, at home, and in our communities.
