Join us for a hands-on workshop where we learn to build 3D environments for immersive rooms. Begining with building a native touchdesigner scene mapped to the CSV space, we will be extending it with Raytk Raymarching (via Touch Designer) for fields, fractals and infinite geometry, before bringing it under live control with a xbox controller. Give yourself a chance to test out what you’ve made in the workshop in CSV’s immersive gallery space.

This workshop is best suited toward people with basic TouchDesigner experience and will require a laptop with TouchDesigner and a mouse.

🔵 Conflict in Motion: A Guide to Fight Choreography

Dec 5th 10:30am - 3:30pm

Join filmmaker & action director Renjie Li for a how-to workshop exploring the craft of on-screen combat. You’ll learn how to break down fight sequences, identify what makes them effective, and develop your own action scenes - and create a live demonstrations at the end of class!

We’ll explore how choreography, camera angles, timing, and performance work together to create convincing action—and how to make every movement serve the story.
