Let’s see the final result!

A few weeks ago, Blake Stephenson, a senior Tory MP, told an audience that areas of Luton were no-go zones for white people, echoing claims made by the likes of Tommy Robinson and other far-right figures.

We went to Bury Park to find out whether it was true. And found quite the opposite: a YES-GO zone!

Even in my Union Jack suit, the welcome I received from the community was incredible. This was real community spirit, and the food was fantastic too! All offered for free.

So the question begs asking: has Blake Stephenson ever set foot in Bury Park? And if he did, would he still continue to peddle lies to fuel hatred towards the Muslim community?

a mix of early 1900s Swedish and French architectural. I wanted a place that feels like us. And I still can’t quite believe Zayn will be running around here next year

Ever since the hip thrust became big in the industry, there’s been at least one grown man that goes to sleep crying hysterically every night on account of its popularity. It’s so strange to me. Right now it’s definitely this guy Amir.

But I digress. This is a rather silly argument, but I’ll entertain it just because I’m bored and this is fun for me to reminisce.

The popular coaches 20 years ago were all of my colleagues. We spoke at the same seminars and were respectful to one another. Some coaches loved the hip thrust more than others, but I don’t think anyone hated it. They at least had a variation they liked prescribing and agreed that strengthening end-range hip extension was a good idea.

I’ll tag these guys below in case any feel like chiming in.
