The Budget landed on Wednesday, and there wasn't much in it for small businesses. If you were hoping for some help, we know how that feels. 💛
Here's what you need to know, and you don't need to read all of it. Swipe until you find your bit, then you're done.
Almost nothing changes this week. The one thing worth doing now is checking your mileage rate. If you've been claiming 45p a mile since April, switch to 55p. It's backdated, so you can claim the extra for journeys you've already made.
Most of our clients are in Scotland, and some of the Budget waits for the Scottish Budget on the 3rd of December. We'll be back then with what it means for you.
