Ever wonder why some workplaces act like your salary is a state secret? 🤫💸

When nobody talks about pay, it’s a lot harder to find out that the new hire is making more than someone who’s been there for years, or even more than the coworker who trained them.

Those gaps usually come down to timing and negotiation. New employees tend to be hired at today’s market rate, while longtime staff often get small annual raises that don’t keep up. The Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta’s wage data has consistently shown that people who switch jobs see faster pay growth than those who stay.

In the US, the National Labor Relations Act protects most private-sector workers who discuss pay with coworkers. In the UK, employers can’t use contract terms to stop staff from sharing pay details to check for discrimination.

Pay transparency is spreading, too, with more US states requiring salary ranges in job ads and new EU rules pushing companies to be more open about what they pay.

Do you know what your coworkers make? 👇

Women with Billionaire attacks cameraman in Beverly Hills| I a Palestinian man gets attacked in the pro Zionist city of Beverly Hills and the Beverly Hills Police doesn’t make the arrest when there is clear evidence I was victim of an assault. The women who was with a billionaire clearly assaulted me on video and the Beverly Hills police officer threatened to arrest me instead. There is already a civil investigation of selective enforcement and California civil rights deparment is doing an investigations. The city of Beverly Hills has been conducting apartheid style enforcement against me a Palestinian America for almost 4 years now. I was banned from Rodeo Drive for 6 months wich is dictionary definition of apartheid out of all the cameraman in the city. No other cameraman has experienced the enforcement I experience from forced to pay for permits and tickets no other cameraman man has to pay for , falsely arrested and detained 2 times, followed with drones. I am a proud 1st amendment enthusiast and the city of Beverly Hills hates the first amendment because I criticize Israel freely. Will post full unedited video shortly. The Billionaire lied to the police officer that I assaulted him. I do appreciate. I do appreciate his apology. Let’s see if the city of Beverly Hills will follow the law and give me the city camera footage. Last time I requested footage for a when they falsely arrested me and lied and said I have a white substance in my nose because I was criticizing Israel.. They didn’t give it to me ..EVEN WHEN A JUDGE REQUESTED IT. This is corrupt police officer Christain Bond of Beverly Hills Police Deparment. #palestine #israel #billionare #1stamendment #germany
