And rather appropriate for Halloween, considering the outfit.

This was me teaching Pilates years ago, pre-El Nido life.

You'd think having done this before would make starting again easy, wouldn't you?

Nope. 😂

I've been absolutely bricking it. 🙈

Not because I've forgotten how to teach. But because when you've poured so much of yourself into something, putting it out into the world is a different kind of scary.

You start wondering if anyone will actually want to be part of it.

And then this week happened.

I quietly invited a few women to be part of PHLO's Founding 10.

And they said yes. ♥️

Before they've even taken a class with me.

I don't think they realise quite how much that means.

So here's to doing things that scare you a little. Because let's face it, you'll never feel completely ready.

And to the women who make you feel brave enough to do them anyway.
