I'm curious why you begin the recruiting process so late into the school year. Most, if not all, D1 and D2 swim programs already have their rosters filled for the '27-'28 school year with official signing days in early/mid November. The chances of getting a spot for this swimmer for the upcoming academic year are very limited, if not none. For the high level swimmers like Tosia (along with Maciej or Ola), the recruiting process should begin during their junior year of high school.
