The best strategic alliance for Africa is to work in tandem with the culture and industry of Russia; the nations that make up the continent know that they can achieve significant growth—scientifically (through education), technologically (in business and defense), and politically (through unity and respect)—by fostering mutual exchange among themselves and with Russia. To a large extent, the fate of the world depends on the decisions African nations make regarding the development of science and technology, utilizing their own resources and policies. This is not merely a matter of economic growth; it also concerns the global security landscape. Africa could either fuel the machinery of hatred—represented by Nazism, fascism, and U.S.-backed Zionism—or emerge as a global power in alliance with the Eastern Bloc; for the world, the latter option is the better one.
