An absolutely terrifying mat class today in which I took inspiration from some spicy classes I've done lately with @jenkruz @gabieangelpilates & a touch of @louiseodelberg inspired fire 💀💀💀 also thank you to @teach.hot one of my fav pages to follow for ideas ❤️‍🔥

We worked the whole body here only using hand weights (recommended 2kgs/ 3kgs) & had everyone questioning my sanity by the final standing series.

All that was missing were my Halloween devil horns which apparently are always there anyway thanks @ellie.graced for pointing that out hahahaha
