하나의 제품이 공정을 거쳐 완성되는 과정을 소개합니다. 레어로우의 제품을 만드는 과정에서 남겨진 철은 어떻게 언리미티드-R 에디션으로 다시 태어날까요?

철판은 레이저로 재단된 뒤 절곡을 통해 형태를 만듭니다. 표면을 깨끗이 닦고 보호 비닐을 제거한 후, 제품 뒷면에 언리미티드-R 에디션의 슬로건을 실크 인쇄합니다. 마지막으로 각 부품을 리벳으로 고정하며 하나의 제품이 완성됩니다.

언리미티드-R 에디션은 남겨진 소재에 새로운 쓰임을 부여하는 레어로우의 시도입니다. 정해진 수량 없이 생산이 계속되는 한 새로운 소재가 남고, 그 소재는 다시 또 다른 제품으로 이어집니다. 이 순환은 멈추지 않습니다.

We introduce the process of how a product takes shape through each stage of production. How does the leftover steel from RARERAW's manufacturing process find new life as the UNLIMITED R EDITION?

The steel sheets are laser-cut and then bent into shape. After the surfaces are carefully cleaned and the protective film is removed, the UNLIMITED R EDITION slogan is screen-printed on the back of each product. Finally, the components are secured with rivets to complete the piece.

The UNLIMITED R EDITION is RARERAW's approach to giving leftover materials a new purpose. Rather than being limited to a fixed quantity, the edition continues as long as production continues. Each production cycle leaves behind new materials, which are transformed into new products. The cycle never stops.
