A little Saturday morning side quest.🏃🏾
🥇1st place at @worsleywoodsparkrun this morning.
After a hectic few weeks and barely any running…No expectations, unfamiliar course, just wanted to see where the fitness was at.
18:07. New 5K PB.🫡
Straight to @standard78runclub from there to start the morning. 🌅
A little reminder of what the PLATINUM MINDSET represents.
Life gets hectic, routines slip and things don’t always go to plan. But your circumstances should never define your potential.
It’s not about always being the best. It’s about showing up, believing in yourself and continually striving to go beyond what you think you’re capable of.
That’s the mindset I hope to inspire through everything we’re building with STANDARD 78.
