Today, our GDICA 24 students enjoyed an exciting Brunch Practical based on a vibrant Mexican Theme! 🎉
From preparing delicious Mexican dishes to beautifully presenting and serving them to guests, our students managed everything themselves.
It was a wonderful hands-on learning experience where they explored Mexican cuisine, enhanced their culinary skills, practiced teamwork, and gained valuable experience in food presentation and guest service.
