“Iera, para y respira. No hace falta que hables”

Eso me dijo ayer Jon, mi psicólogo, antes de empezar la terapia ayer. Y cuánto necesitaba escucharlo.

Así que hoy he hecho exactamente eso. Parar, respirar y disfrutar del monte con los amores de mi vida.

A veces se nos olvida que no hace falta hacer nada más ❤️

A second winner for Barry at St. James' Park. 🤌
a little asmr moment as I drive to the pharmacy during a storm. The bedazzled car got a good bath! nice and shiny again! But no joke it’s been flooding like crazy where I live in Florida the past few days. Disclaimer* I’m not filming while driving. I have a dash cam system set up for both my phone + camera. eyes on the road people 🚙
STARRING NICOLAS CAGE ❤️‍🔥 Now playing on the Criterion Channel! Pioneer of a style of acting he calls “nouveau shamanic,” Cage stretches the boundaries of screen performance to their limits, pursuing a heightened, kabuki-like expressionism that is instinctive, abstract, and thrillingly unpredictable. That he has deployed this approach across offbeat independent projects and major Hollywood blockbusters alike makes him a truly one-of-a-kind star: the leading man as wild man, a force so galvanic that, even when working with major directors like Spike Jonze (ADAPTATION.), David Lynch (WILD AT HEART), Werner Herzog (BAD LIEUTENANT: PORT OF CALL NEW ORLEANS), and Martin Scorsese (BRINGING OUT THE DEAD), he often emerges as the film’s co-auteur, reshaping its texture through his live-wire physicality and risk-taking choices few other actors would dare attempt.
Do you remember that song? 😁 What movie is it from?
