I love this! I always knew this method of parenting would have been very effective on me as a child. I still remember the frustration of never being told the why's. So I explain everything to my son like she does in the video and it really works.

I love the fact the mum is making her children aware of what they need to bring (as calmly as she could without raising her voice) while giving them the choice to choose. Sure! They might not get it all correct…but it starts them on the right track towards accountability and planning.
