At 20, I worried about gaining weight. At 61, I refuse to lose another moment worrying about being enough. ✨ Here are my 6 CONFIDENCE REMINDERS: 1️⃣ WEAR IT NOW. The sparkles, the short dress, the heels. You don’t need a special occasion to enjoy what’s in your wardrobe. 2️⃣ STOP PUTTING YOUR LIFE ON HOLD. Five kilos lighter, a little more toned, a little more confident… You deserve beautiful experiences exactly as you are today. 3️⃣ CHANGE THE WAY YOU SPEAK TO YOURSELF. If you wouldn’t say it to your best friend, stop saying it to the woman in the mirror. 4️⃣ LET PEOPLE HAVE THEIR OPINIONS. Someone will always think you’re too loud, too dressed up or too old. You can hear their opinion and still choose differently. 5️⃣ PRACTISE BEING SEEN. Take the photo. Walk into the room. Share your idea. Confidence grows when you give yourself a chance to try. 6️⃣ MAKE ROOM FOR MORE JOY. Dance even if nobody joins you. Say yes to an adventure. Spend time with people who make you forget to check your phone. At 61, I still have insecure moments. But they no longer get to decide what I wear or how much fun I have. 💃✨ 💬 What’s something you feel more confident about now than you did at 20? ✅ SAVE this for a day when self-doubt gets a little too loud. 🔁 SHARE it with a woman you’d love to see shine. 👉 FOLLOW ME for confidence, fashion and the joy of getting older!
Old paths, ditto stone walls, olive groves and orange orchards, with my sister to talk to … what could possibly be wrong with that? #hikingmallorca #mallorcalovers #mallorcagram #thequietlife #calmfluencer
A man has urged fellow men to respect rejection and move on peacefully following the brutal murder of 23 year old Latifa Akumu. Latifa went missing from Kibra on October 26, 2026, before her body was found dumped in River Nithi. Her ex boyfriend is currently in police custody as investigations into her murder continue. Social media posts claim that Latifa was killed inside a house before several people helped tie her body with a rope, stuff it into three large bags and transport it by car to Nithi Bridge, where it was dumped into the river. The man urged fellow men to accept rejection instead of turning to violence

Growing up is such a strange feeling… 🥹❤️ पहले Diwali पर मम्मी कहती थीं, “जल्दी उठो, घर की सफाई करनी है!” और अब कहती हैं, “बेटा, Diwali पर थोड़ा time निकालकर घर आ जाना…” 🏡🪔 Same festival, same home, same mummy… बस हम बड़े हो गए और ज़िंदगी थोड़ी बदल गई। ❤️‍🩹 Back then, we wanted to escape all those घर के काम… and now, we just wish we could go back to those days, even for a little while. कितनी अजीब बात है ना… जिस घर में कभी पूरा दिन बिताते थे, अब उसी घर जाने के लिए छुट्टी निकालनी पड़ती है। 🥺 Dear childhood, can we meet again? Just for one Diwali? 🤍 Tell me, do you miss those childhood Diwalis too? 🪔 Diwali Nostalgia, Childhood Memories, Missing Home, Growing Up, Mom Love, Family Emotions, Homecoming, Festival Memories #DearRaksha #DiwaliMemories #GrowingUp #ChildhoodNostalgia #MissingHome MomLove DiwaliVibes FamilyLove Adulting EmotionalReels RelatableReels
