When I got my medical the front desk lady said “tattoos?” And I said “yes..” and she said “okay, can you circle the areas on this chart?” So I took the pen in my hand and just drew a giant circle from my neck down😂😂 and she looked at me like 😟

بیسکوییت پتی بور۳ بسته
شیر یک لیتر
شکر یک دوم لیوان
نشاسته ذرت ۳ ق غ
آرد ۳ ق غ
کره ۲۵ گرم
وانیل یک دوم قاشق چایخوری
انار دو عدد
پودر ژله انار ۲ عدد

نکات:

✅ روی حرارت ملایم مرتب هم بزنید تا غلظت فرنی مانند پیدا کند.

✅سایز ظرف: تقریبی ۱۵ در ۲۰

✅ژله آماده شده باید سرد بشه بعد روی دسر بریزید

✅نشاسته ذرت و آرد حتما باید در شیر سرد حل شود،اگر مستقیم حرارت ببیند داخل شیر گلوله میشود

✅اگر کرم وانیل در حین کار سرد و سفت شد دوباره کمی حرارت بدهید، گرم شود، ولی آن را داغ روی بیسکوییت ها نریزید، بیسکوییتها له میشود و حالت لایه ای آن از بین میرود‪@cook.mag‬ag
