We had a beautiful Jack and Jill legislative programming activity that was centered around voting at the NAACP Houston Branch! Perfect timing. Our Jets (6-8th grade) did a living museum of African American figures who were essential to us having voting rights today. Kiersten was Michelle Obama. We had Soror Dorothy I Heights, John Lewis, MLK, Ida Wells, Jackie Robinson, Rosa Parks, WEB Dubois, Maxine Waters just to name a few. As they try to actively suppress our vote…know that we are making sure our babies carry it forward, fight for what is right, and VOTE!! 🗳️ so proud them #vote #jackandjillofamerica #jackandjill #fyp #timeforachange @jackandjill_clearlakebayarea

Love this. We must continue to educate our children about our history. Our ancestors fought hard for us to have the right to vote. Me and my siblings used to walk through neighborhoods knocking door to door with our parents handing out voters registration cards.

A bodybuilding video has been gaining attention online after being shared with the claim that it features the world’s biggest 21-year-old. The individual reportedly possesses an extraordinary amount of muscle mass for someone so young, immediately attracting reactions from viewers who were shocked by his appearance. However, the combination of his massive physique and the mask or breathing equipment visible in the footage has also sparked questions about his overall health. While some people admire the dedication required to build such an extreme physique, others have expressed concerns about the physical demands of competitive bodybuilding, particularly when athletes pursue extraordinary levels of muscle growth at a young age. Bodybuilding has evolved significantly over the decades, with modern competitors often displaying levels of muscular development that would have seemed almost impossible during earlier generations. Achieving an enormous physique requires years of intense resistance training, carefully managed nutrition and consistent recovery, although extreme bodybuilding can also involve serious health risks. The use of performance-enhancing substances, for example, can increase the likelihood of cardiovascular complications, hormonal problems and other long-term medical issues. However, someone’s appearance alone cannot establish whether they use such substances or have any particular medical condition. The viral footage has ultimately started a broader conversation about the difference between looking physically impressive and actually being healthy. Having enormous muscles might attract millions of views, but it doesn’t automatically mean someone’s body is functioning at its best. #Bodybuilding #FitnessCulture #MuscleGrowth

I used to be that girl who wanted to do everything in life… 🥀 So many dreams, so many plans, so much excitement about the future. And somewhere between growing up, responsibilities and trying to keep everything together… I started losing that version of myself. ❤️‍🩹 अब कभी-कभी लगता है, जिन चीज़ों के लिए इतनी excited हुआ करती थी, उनका मतलब ही कहीं खो गया है। I don't know when I changed this much… but I really miss the girl I used to be. 🥺 Maybe she's still somewhere inside me, just a little tired.
