Dear Friends, Thank you for all the good wishes and support over the last few days, it means the world. I had a medical problem whilst in Leipzig which required urgent attention at the hospital. I was hoping that I would get the all clear to hang on until the end of the tour, but there are very serious risks involved in me doing so. As a result, and on the advice of my medical team and management we have made the decision to postpone the rest of the European/UK tour until further notice. I'm very sorry about any inconvenience this may cause, but it's in the best interest all round. Thank you for your understanding. Cheers, IG
Aston Villa totally put me to shame today. Barcelona did not even have to play well today to defeat them 3-0. Infact this is Barca’s first cleansheet in the UCL for a while

Three festive moods, three different personalities! ✨ Are you The Main Character, The Mithai Connoisseur or The Festive CEO? 🪩🤍 From posing for every picture to sneaking in one more mithai or making sure every diya is perfectly placed, there’s a festive character in all of us! Think of it like a budget. Your body has a certain amount of stress it can tolerate and recover from at any given time, and that budget isn’t always obvious. Every climbing session, every workout, every rehab exercise, and every other activity makes a withdrawal. And you don’t get to pretend something doesn’t count just because it wasn’t part of the plan.
