WHAT IF WE’VE BEEN MEASURING SUCCESS ALL WRONG?
We measure success by titles, income, possessions, recognition, and accomplishments.
But when the noise fades and the day is over, what really remains?
The relationships you’ve built. The people you’ve encouraged. The lives you’ve touched. The love you’ve given when there was nothing to gain.
You can have a successful career and still leave very little behind in the hearts of others.
Don’t just focus on what you’re building. Pay attention to who you’re becoming and who benefits from having you in their life.
The real question isn’t just what did you accomplish today? It’s whose life is better because you were part of it?
