Infamous words I heard just about every weekend from Dale Mirr when I was in high school, "Son, I don't care how late you stay out or what you choose to do with your buddies tonight, but your ass better be up and ready to go to work at 6am tomorrow... and if I have to wake you up, plan on staying late" 🤷

College kid here, I’ll go to a party, be up the next morning at the gym, getting my meals in, and do my work lol life is good it’s about balance

I use to be hammered the night before and go for a 8 mile run the next morning followed with a 2 mile swim. The mindset is everything. Good post .
